Local Bargaining Units

Local bargaining units (LBUs) are the leadership of each of MNA's collective bargaining units. Their purpose is to advance the professional, economic, and general welfare of individuals under MNA contract at their facility. They work with MNA staff to gather contract proposals, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and conduct elections within their membership.

MNA's largest bargaining units are:
