Mandatory Overtime

CURRENT MANDATORY OVERTIME BILL

There are two (2) Michigan congresspersons who are supporting the new federal mandatory overtime legislation H.R. 745: Representative Dale Kildee (D-Flint, District 9) and Representative Carolyn Kilpatrick (D-Detroit, District 15).

The senate-related bill S. 373 has Michigan's Senator Carl Levin (D-Detroit) supporting this legislation on mandatory overtime.
