The following bills were tracked by MNA in 2011. They passed the legislature and were then signed into law by Governor Snyder. They are now considered Public Acts.

HB 4152: A bill to freeze wages and benefits for certain public employees during contract negotiations.

SB 7: A bill to mandate public employee contributions to employer-provided health care benefits.

HB 4163: A bill to require that local policies prohibit harassment and bullying in schools.

HB 4350: A bill to provide protection from liability to health care professionals who provide voluntary care at health clinics.

SB 20: A bill to prohibit the promulgation of rules regarding workplace ergonomics.

SB 350: A bill to prohibit the purchase of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine with a false ID and to provide for penalties.

HB 4192: A bill to provide for access to the Michigan automated prescription system for prescribers under certain circumstances.
