Union Busting Legislation

MNA has been tracking the following list of anti-union and anti-labor bills since January of 2011. Click on the links provided to read the full bills.

SB 116: A bill to allow local units of government to establish Right-to-Work (For Less) zones.

SB 120: A bill to allow local units of government to establish Right-to-Work (For Less) zones.

SB 729: A bill to prohibit public school employers from making collective bargaining agreements related to bargaining fees for certain personnel.

SB 938: A bill to prohibit public employers from collecting union dues for their public employees.

SB 971: A bill to prohibit graduate research assistants from unionizing.

HB 4052: A bill to prohibit the use of taxpayer-funded equipment, supplies and facilities for union or political activities.

HB 4054: A bill to permit Right-to-Work (For Less) zones.

HB 4059: A bill to prohibit public employer contracts that pay union officials for time spent conducting union business.

HB 4588: A bill to prohibit public employers from collecting union dues from public employees.
