Nurse Volunteers Needed for Occupy Detroit

Nurse volunteers are needed to work at the Occupy Detroit first aid station to provide basic medical assistance to the protesters. We are looking for 1 or 2 RNs to donate their time between the hours of 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on the dates listed below. ANY time which can be donated would really help them out.

Occupy Detroit is being held at Grand Circus Park, 23 E Adams in Detroit. There is parking in the lot next to a nearby church off of Woodward Ave. The parking is $10 as the church is leasing the lot to a private enterprise. Parking in the street next to the church could get you a $20 ticket.

The dates we have available are 10/29, 11/3, 11/5, 11/11, 11/12, 11/17, and 11/19.
