The Association's nursing practice program promotes the practice and education standards of the nursing profession.
The Michigan Nurses Association works to ensure that nursing's priorities such as the appropriate use of unlicensed personnel and the ability to influence the effects of managed care are incorporated during many decision-making processes that impact the legal and professional regulation of nurses' practice.
The association keeps its members current on the changes that influence their livelihood and responds to requests for nursing information and resources.
